GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the internet on the website www.multisound.it, belonging to Multisound S.n.C., with registered office in P.le. della Resistenza, 8 – 42015 Correggio (RE) Italy, VAT/Tax Code 01197580358, REA registration number 14406.

By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions.

1. Ease of consultation and purchase

To make navigation as simple as possible, we have divided our site into categories to facilitate the search and viewing of the items we produce. If you are interested in a specific product, you can enter its name in the search engine at the top right. If you cannot find what you are looking for or have doubts about the characteristics of a product, send us an email at info@multisound.it. We will reply as soon as possible.

2. Registration and Services

Registration on the www.multisound.it website is not mandatory to make purchases, but it is recommended in order to have access to a wide range of services:

  • Use the Cart to make purchases, change quantities, and delete or add products;

  • Monitor the status of your orders and access your purchase history;

  • Change your personal and shipping details at any time.

The processing of personal data provided during registration and purchase is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. How to place an order

You can place orders through the following channels:

4. Prices and Customs Duties

All sales prices of the products listed on the site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT for all sales destined for the Italian territory and the European Union countries (for private customers).

For Extra-EU shipments (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, etc.): the indicated prices may be exempt from Italian VAT. However, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees required by the destination country are exclusively borne by the buyer and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Payment Methods

Multisound accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: secure transactions via SumUp and Stripe.

  • Advance Bank Transfer: bank details will be provided upon order confirmation. The order will be processed only after the actual crediting of the amount.

  • PayPal: the amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account.

6. Delivery Times, Shipping Costs, and Invoicing

We ship worldwide via express courier. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination:

  • Italy: The shipping cost is €10 via express courier. Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment.

  • Europe: The shipping cost is €38 via FedEx or DHL courier. Delivery takes place within 24/72 hours after receipt of payment.

  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination city, via DHL or FedEx courier. Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days, with direct home delivery.

Multisound is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.

Invoicing: For every purchase, Multisound will issue a regular commercial receipt or invoice (sent in electronic format and/or accompanying the goods). If the Customer does not have a VAT number but still wishes to request an invoice (by providing their Tax Code), this must strictly be requested at the time of the order. The information provided by the Customer will be valid for the issuance of the invoice. No changes or invoice requests will be possible retrospectively, after the order has been processed.

7. Legal Warranty on Products

All products sold by Multisound are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments, including Legislative Decree 170/2021).

  • For Consumers (purchases without VAT number): the warranty lasts for 24 months from delivery of the goods. The consumer must report the defect within the terms of the law.

  • For Professionals (purchases with VAT number): the warranty lasts for 12 months from delivery of the goods, as required by the Italian Civil Code.

Any additional conventional warranties issued directly by the manufacturer remain valid in any case.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our main goal is your full satisfaction. If the goods received present defects, are damaged, or do not conform to the order, please contact us promptly at info@multisound.it.

Right of Withdrawal (Art. 52 and following of the Consumer Code): If the Customer is a “Consumer” (i.e., a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • How to exercise the right of withdrawal: To exercise this right, the Customer must send Multisound S.n.C. an explicit written communication (via registered letter with return receipt to the address P.le. della Resistenza, 8 – 42015 Correggio (RE) Italy or via email to info@multisound.it) within the indicated terms.

  • Return methods: The Customer is required to return the goods to Multisound without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day they communicated their withdrawal. The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

  • Conditions of the returned goods: The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). The Customer is solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Refunds: If the Customer withdraws from the contract, they will be refunded all payments made to us (including delivery costs, except for any supplementary costs arising from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one we offer), within 14 days from the day we are informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Multisound reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Customer has proved to have dispatched them.

  • Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to Professional Customers (purchases with a VAT number) and in the cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code (e.g., supply of custom-made or personalized goods, or sealed audio/software products opened after delivery).

9. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, Consumers residing in Europe are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolution (ODR), accessible at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Disputes and Territorial Jurisdiction

The sales contract between the Customer and Multisound S.n.C. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law.

For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract:

  • If the Customer is a Consumer: the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of their municipality of residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory.

  • In all other cases (Customers with VAT number or residing abroad): the exclusive territorial jurisdiction is that of the Court of Reggio Emilia.
