We are informing you that the italian Low Decree n. 196 of 06/30/2003 provide for the people's data safeguard.

1. Aim and modality of data's treatment.

Your personal data will be used ONLY for the requested service aim.
- for insert customer's data in Bassfishing Planet's archives;
- for give the required information;
- for accounting;
- for chashes and payments;
- for accomplish law duties;
- for pubblicity.
The treatment will be done by paper or electonic support, by the site's owner with every precautionary measure, that grants safety and discretion.

2. Aim of collection and consequences of a potential missed data.

Give us your data is obligatory, but if you do not do it we could not give you the requested service.

3. Comunication and diffusion of data.

Your personal data will be comunicated for aim in point 1 to the phisical or giuridical figures that italian law require to accomplish law duties (like banks, commerce chambers..)

4. Customer's rights.

Customer is expressly and freely granted by rights indicated in art. 13 of Law n. 675/1996 and following amendments, for example:
to ask for confirmation that his personal data are correctly filled at Multisound S.n.C.;
to know their origin, logic and purposes of their treatment;
to obtain their updating, amendment and integration, if/when any;
to ask for their cancellation, conversion into anonymous style or to freeze them in case of unlawful use;
to oppose their treatment for lawful reasons or in case they are used for mailing advertising leaflets, commercial information, marketing researches, and direct sales, interactive commercials, provided that such a request is sent by registered letter with return receipt to Multisound S.n.C.
